In accordance with the Industrial Safety and Health Act, a stress check is conducted once a year for staff.
The stress check is aimed at helping staff objectively assess their stress levels and take appropriate actions to prevent mental health issues proactively.
Based on the results of the stress check, if an employee is assessed as having high stress levels, occupational health physician counseling is provided to staff who wish to receive it.
