In accordance with the Industrial Safety and Health Act, a stress check is conducted once a year for staff.
The stress check is aimed at helping staff objectively assess their stress levels and take appropriate actions to prevent mental health issues proactively.
Based on the results of the stress check, if a staff is assessed as having high stress levels, counseling with an industrial physician is provided to the staff who wish to receive it.
