The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and independent administrative agencies select outstanding educational reform initiatives implemented by universities and provide financial support through subsidies and other funding. The University has been selected for numerous such initiatives to date. Even after the projects have come to an end, we are required to continue sharing the benefits and utilizing them across the university.

Supporting the creation and utilization of new knowledge, creating value that leads the next generation, and fostering advanced “knowledge professionals” by clearly defining the profile of individuals to be cultivated. Assisting in the development and implementation of a consistent degree program from the doctoral preliminary course to the postgraduate course.
